    Yong-Xing Soy Sauce
    Yong-Xing Soy Sauce Factory has been passed down for five generations. Yong-Xing brews black bean soy sauce using traditional Taiwanese techniques. Strictly selected high-quality black beans and carefully prepared koji, are exposed to fermentation in more than one hundred pottery jars, waiting for half a year of maturation. No genetically modified materials, no gluten, no additives, only natural and mellow high-quality black soybean oil, which is good for any cooking methods from dipping, mixing, to stewing, boiling.

    永興醤油食品工場は、台湾の伝統的な製法で黒豆醤油を醸造し、百年以上にわたって受け継がれてきました。厳選された高品質の黒豆で麹を作り、百個以上の陶鉢で発酵させ、半年間熟成を待ちます。遺伝子組み換えでない原料、グルテン、添加物を一切使用していない、自然でまろやかな高品質の黒豆醤油を提供しています。タレ、和え物、煮込み、ゆでなど様々な料理に使用できます。

    용싱(永興) 간장 식품 공장은 5대에 걸쳐 100년을 계승하며 타이완 전통 양조방법을 사용해 검은콩 간장을 만들어오고 있습니다. 엄선된 우수한 품질의 검은콩, 세심하게 만든 누룩, 100개 이상의 도자기 항아리에서 발효시켜 반년 숙성을 기다립니다. 유전자 변형 원료, 글루텐, 첨가물 등을 일절 사용하지 않기 때문에 자연스럽고 부드러운 품질의 검은콩 간장을 얻을 수 있으며, 무침, 조림 등 다양한 요리에 사용 가능합니다.

    โรงงานซีอิ๊วหย่งซิงได้สืบทอดมาสู่รุ่นที่ 5 รวมอายุ 100 ปี ใช้กรรมวิธีการหมักบ่มแบบไต้หวันโบราณทำเป็นซอสถั่วดำ คัดสรรถั่วดำชั้นดีและผลิตอย่างเอาใจใส่ โอ่งดินเผากว่าร้อยใบถูกตากและหมัก ก่อนจะรอให้ได้ที่เป็นระยะเวลาครึ่งปี ไม่มีส่วนผสมดัดแปลงพันธุกรรม ปราศจากกลูเตน ไม่เติมสารปรุงแต่งใดๆ เพื่อมอบซีอิ๊วถั่วดำที่มีคุณภาพจากธรรมชาติแท้ๆ สามารถใช้จิ้ม คลุก ตุ๋น หรือทำอาหารในรูปแบบต่างๆ ได้ทั้งสิ้น

    Xì dầu Yong Xing Xưởng thực phẩm xì dầu Yong Xing truyền thừa trăm năm qua 5 đời, sử dụng cách ủ truyền thống Đài Loan để chế xì dầu đậu nành đen. Chọn lựa kỹ lưỡng đậu nành đen chất lượng cao, nấm koji, với hơn một trăm lọ gốm phơi nắng lên men, chờ đợi nửa năm chín muồi.
